Partnering directly with the CEO and Engineering, I co-strategized the product roadmap and led the end-to-end brand and UX architecture for BuildCapable XCL. By bridging the gap between business vision and technical feasibility, we created a disruptive, patent-pending solution that has been recognized globally for its innovation.

I believe the most successful products are built by people who feel a deep sense of ownership and pride in what they ship. I lead as a coach, focusing on clearing the path for my team and providing the business context they need to move with confidence. By balancing high standards for craft with a foundation of trust and empathy, I create an environment where everyone feels safe to take risks and ask questions.

I take immense pride in seeing the people I lead reach their full potential, because I know that when a team is happy and aligned, they build innovative and successful product experiences.
